How To Make Unique Spinach Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spinach noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spinach noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add the baby spinach and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts and the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked spinach noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
