How To Make Tuna Mac Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.

Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the drained tuna and cooked macaroni to the skillet. Stir until well coated.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the tuna mac mixture to a baking dish.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
