How To Make Tagliatelle with Grilled Chicken & Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 8 oz tagliatelle pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush the chicken breasts with the oil mixture and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to blister, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and grilled chicken to the skillet with the tomatoes. Toss everything together until well combined.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
