Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with spinach and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is heated through.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
