How To Make Spaghetti with Spinach & Walnut Pesto

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the spinach, walnuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with the spinach and walnut pesto until well coated.

Serve hot and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
