How To Make Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara
There’s a reason why pasta is a popular favorite. It’s such a multi-purpose dish that can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. With so many pasta ideas to choose from, your biggest challenge will be deciding on which pasta recipes to go for!

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Reduce heat to low and add the cooked bacon, chicken, and shrimp back to the skillet.

Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and heated through.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then slowly pour into the skillet while constantly stirring.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
