How To Make Pumpkin & Sage Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the pumpkin puree and chopped sage to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the pumpkin sauce for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Serve the pumpkin and sage spaghetti hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
