  • 12 oz. pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add pumpkin puree, nutritional yeast, sage, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pumpkin sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. Serve hot, topped with your favorite spooky toppings like black olive spiders or eyeball cherry tomatoes.
