How To Make Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli Recipe

Homemade ravioli pasta filled with a mixture of spinach and ricotta cheese.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt to make the pasta dough. Knead until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to make the filling.

  3. Roll out pasta dough and cut into 2-inch circles. Place a spoonful of filling onto each circle and fold in half to create ravioli.

  4. Boil ravioli in salted water for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.

  5. Serve with your choice of sauce and enjoy!
