How To Make Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli Recipe
Homemade ravioli pasta filled with a mixture of spinach and ricotta cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt to make the pasta dough. Knead until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper to make the filling.

Roll out pasta dough and cut into 2-inch circles. Place a spoonful of filling onto each circle and fold in half to create ravioli.

Boil ravioli in salted water for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.
