How To Make Easy Scallop Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 pound of scallops
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Pat dry the scallops and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the heavy cream to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Return the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Divide the pasta among plates and top with the cooked scallops. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve immediately.
