Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.

  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

  5. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and gently stretch it to fit the pan. Press the grapes and rosemary sprigs into the dough.

  6. Drizzle the top with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
