How To Make Leftover Turkey Stir Fry Recipe
A healthy and delicious way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked shredded leftover turkey
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.

Add peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they become slightly tender.

Transfer vegetables to a bowl.

Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and add the shredded turkey.

Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly until the turkey is golden brown.

Return the vegetables to the skillet and add the sauce.

Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
