Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground venison, chopped onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Gently mix the ingredients and form 4 patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.

  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute.

  7. Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf and tomato slices on the bottom bun, then add the hot venison patty with melted cheese, top with the other bun half.
