How To Make Venison Burger Recipe
Juicy venison burgers made with ground venison, onions, and herbs, served with cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ground venison, chopped onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Gently mix the ingredients and form 4 patties.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute.

Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf and tomato slices on the bottom bun, then add the hot venison patty with melted cheese, top with the other bun half.
