Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Spread the mixture over the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
