How To Make Air Fryer Roasted Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 heads of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Peel off the outer layers of the garlic heads, leaving the cloves intact.

Cut off the top 1/4 inch of each garlic head to expose the cloves.

Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves, making sure to coat them evenly.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the garlic heads.

Place the garlic heads in the air fryer basket, with the cut sides facing up.

Cook for 20 minutes, or until the garlic cloves are soft and golden brown.

Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and enjoy!
