How To Make Garden Meatloaf

Vegetable-filled meatloaf recipe to add in sandwiches and salads!

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 4 florets broccoli (finely diced)
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 pkg brown gravy mix
  1. Mix all ingredients together except the gravy mix.

  2. Form into a meatloaf ball.

  3. Make the brown gravy mix according to package directions and pour over meatloaf.

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
