Ingredients
- 1 pound ground ham
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground ham, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, vinegar, water, and ground mustard. Pour the mixture over the ham balls.
