How To Make Ibérico Pizzetta Bianca

Ingredients
- 4 small pizza dough balls
- 200g Ibérico ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Roll out each pizza dough ball into a small round shape, about 6 inches in diameter.

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Place the rolled out pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of the creamy cheese sauce over each dough round.

Arrange the Ibérico ham slices on top of the cheese sauce.

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the ham.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
