- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and allspice.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the meatballs in batches for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
