- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onions, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
