How To Make Barbecued Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, barbecue sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on the preheated barbecue grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
