  • 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the ingredients evenly.

  3. Thread the ingredients onto the wooden skewers, alternating between the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.

  4. Grill the kebabs for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the feta cheese is slightly melted and the vegetables are charred.

  5. Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
