  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz green chiles, diced
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 pcs chicken breasts, shredded, cooked
  • 1 cup corn chips, crushed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pc tomato, sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chiles, and milk.
  3. Stir in chicken and seasonings.
  4. Add half of your cheese and transfer into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with tomato slices and crushed corn chips then the remaining cheese; bake for 40 minutes covered and 10 uncovered until golden. Set aside to cool down for 10 to 15 mins.
  6. Garnish with chop cilantro, serve and enjoy.
