  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.

  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, bell pepper, red onion, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
