How To Make Parmesan Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of minced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
