  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, sauté the diced ham, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in butter until the vegetables are tender.

  3. Sprinkle flour over the ham and vegetables, stirring to coat. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.

  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until melted and well combined.

  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.

  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
