- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the diced ham, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in butter until the vegetables are tender.
