Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In the same skillet, sauté the leeks and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the leek and pea mixture. Stir well to coat the vegetables.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
-
Season with salt and pepper.
-
Add the cooked ham back to the skillet and mix well.
-
Transfer the mixture to a deep baking dish.
-
In a separate bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and grated Parmesan cheese.
-
Add in the cubed butter and use your fingertips to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
-
Gradually stir in enough milk to form a soft dough.
-
Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler dough over the ham and leek mixture in the baking dish.
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cobbler topping is golden brown and cooked through.
-
Serve hot and enjoy!
