Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. Drain the green beans and transfer them to a 9×9 inch baking dish. Pour the mushroom sauce over the green beans and mix well.

  5. Sprinkle the French fried onions evenly over the top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the onions are golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
