Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.

  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

  5. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  6. Dip each chicken roll into the mayonnaise mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

  7. Place the chicken rolls in the prepared casserole dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.

  8. Remove toothpicks before serving and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
