- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
