  • 2 large onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

  4. In another shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.

  5. Dip each floured onion ring into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  6. Arrange the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Lightly spray the onion rings with cooking spray.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
