- 2 large onions, cut into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
