Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups bread stuffing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, stuffing mix, cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced celery, melted butter, beaten eggs, vegetable broth, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
