How To Make Dan’s BBQ Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.

  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  3. Rub spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.

  4. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until tender and fully cooked.

  6. Remove the foil from the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.

  7. Grill on high heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly charred.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
