How To Make Sizzling Steak with Shallot Marinade

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks (about 8 ounces each)
  • 3 shallots, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shallots, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the steaks are completely coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the sizzling steaks with your choice of side dishes and enjoy!
