How To Make Baja Fresh Steak Fajitas Recipe
Sizzling hot, authentic Mexican style steak fajitas loaded with fresh veggies and seasonings, served with warm tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced against the grain
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp of Baja Fresh Grilling Spice
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
- Sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, coat the sliced flank steak with Baja Fresh Grilling Spice.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned steak to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.

Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the sliced onion, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers until they are tender and lightly charred.

Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and toss with the veggies.

Serve hot with warm tortillas and optional toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
