How To Make Hot Chicken with Sausages, Tomatoes & Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 sausages
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sausages and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onions and bell peppers to the same skillet and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice and add paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Return the chicken thighs and sausages to the skillet, nestling them into the tomato and pepper mixture.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
