These tender chicken kabobs pack a nice, smoky, and tangy taste from the ranch marinade that blends well with the sweet and earthy bell peppers.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • ½red bell pepper
  • ½green bell pepper
  • ½red onion

For Marinade:

  • ½cupranch dressing
  • 3tbspoil
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
  • ¾tspsalt,or to taste
  • ¼tspground pepper,or to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken and vegetables into uniform bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a bowl or freezer bag, combine the marinade ingredients.

  3. Generously coat the chicken and vegetables in the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

  4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.

  5. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, until the meat, reaches 165 degrees F, turning the skewers during cooking.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
