Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.

  3. Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, ensuring they are coated evenly.

  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 3 hours, turning every 30 minutes.

  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes.

  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
