How To Make Grilled Asian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and vegetable oil.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken breasts to ensure they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the chicken breasts for about 8-10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the grilled Asian chicken with your favorite sides and garnish with sliced green onions.
