How To Make BBQ Chicken & Coleslaw

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of celery seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture.

  4. Grill chicken for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

  6. Mix until well coated.

  7. Serve BBQ chicken with coleslaw on the side.
