How To Make Brock’s BBQ Pulled Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken cooked in smoky BBQ sauce, pulled apart & served with buns, pickles, and coleslaw.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 buns
- Pickles, for serving
- Coleslaw, for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour BBQ sauce over top. Cover with foil.

Bake chicken in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Remove chicken from the oven and shred using two forks.

Serve the pulled chicken on buns with pickles and coleslaw on the side.
