
How To Make Parmesan Zucchini
We are making the classic zucchini sticks into a gourmet dish by adding savory flavors through various seasonings and making it crunchier with breadcrumbs.

- 1lbzucchini,quartered and cut into sticks
- 2tbspolive oil
- ½cupbreadcrumbs
- â…“cupParmesan Cheese,grated
- 1tspItalian Seasoning
- Salt and pepper,to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.

Place the zucchini in a bowl. Add the olive oil and toss to coat.

Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and toss until zucchini is coated.

Arrange the zucchini spears in a single layer on the sheet pan.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and zucchini is tender. Serve immediately with marinara sauce if desired.
