How To Make Minty Lamb Flatbreads

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the lamb mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through and browned. Drain any excess fat.

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, fresh mint, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Heat the flatbreads according to package instructions.

Spread a generous spoonful of the mint yogurt sauce onto each flatbread.
