How To Make Lamb Skewers on the Grill

Ingredients
- 1 pound of lamb, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.

Add the lamb chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the lamb chunks onto skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
