How To Make Barbecued Lamb with Sweet Mint Dressing

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg lamb leg, boneless and trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Rub the lamb leg with the marinade, making sure it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Grill the lamb leg for about 15 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the lamb is grilling, prepare the sweet mint dressing by mixing together Greek yogurt, chopped mint, and honey in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.

Once the lamb is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced lamb with the sweet mint dressing on the side.
