How To Make Peppercorn and Lemon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  2. In a separate saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add crushed peppercorns, heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest to the garlic butter.

  4. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  5. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Serve hot.
