  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

  4. Pour the spinach mixture into the pie crust, spreading evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.

  7. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
