  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Mix well and transfer to a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
