- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper.
