  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef, broth, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Remove bay leaf and serve hot.
