How To Make Winter Leaf, Date & Olive Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups of mixed winter greens (such as kale, spinach, and arugula)
- 1 cup of pitted dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup of pitted green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed winter greens, chopped dates, and sliced green olives.

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
